I have the RFX6000 and RFX6500 in the same room. I use the RFX6000 to control one device, and the RFX65000 to control a dozen other devices. I've had a lot of trouble with interference on my RFX6000, but the RFX6500 works very well. You may want to consider trying the RFX6500.
