I have had similar problems with an RFX6000. I finally replaced it, and everything has been fine.
It is important, though, to move off of setting 0,0. Mabye it's just that the switches need to scrape through their range to make a good connection, I don't know. This has solved similar problems in all systems where I have had RF difficulties except this one where I replaced the receiver.

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything. "The biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." -- G. “Bernie” Shaw |
