Ir codes are same as other Directv model boxes, HR20,HR21,HR22.
RS-232 codes now work due to firmware updates.
RS-232 codes exist for each individual channel making channel macros easier, quicker and more reliable.
A special 'IR IN' plug can be obtained from OPPO for use with their players that will work when connected to the back of the unit to an extender or control processor.
