Talking of dubious speakers/sales techniques can anyone shed any light on
these. There's been an awful lot cropping up on ebay (uk) lately, with some quite fanciful claims about their true cost; $1,999 suddenly turns into £2000, and then into £2000 each. Then one takes a look at the packaging and prices being asked and one immediately begins to smell a rat.

For info. I feel I ought to mention that Eltax are well know over here for being a very cost effective option; pretty good for the price one pays, which is usually peanuts.
