Working with AMX systems? Want to give your clients a new, nifty way of controlling everything? A company called iRidium Mobile has just released a new version of their iRidium Mobile for Apple devices, which enables complete AMX control from iPhones, iPods and iPads.
The iRidium application, which is available through the Apple AppStore, uses your existing AMX TP4 designs and allows fast, nearly plug-and-play integration with complete control over lighting, heating, climate control, security, video surveillance, A/V and more. It supports all AMX panel functions and capabilities, including dynamic elements, animation, translucency, sound and video output, all using WiFi, 3G or GPRS.
A free fully-functional demo version is currently available for testing by Custom Installers. Find more information here.
Two DACs, a delay module and extender kit highlight new offerings.
Features push-to-talk voice control of Amazon Alexa and Apple TV via Siri.
I'm just wondering if the custom installers are pleased about this, or not.
